​Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® 2020 Virtual Motorcycle Show Contest Rules & Regulations

  • No purchase necessary.
  • TO ENTER – Online entry: Submit completed entry form and four photos of entry motorcycle to contests@russbrown.com. Photos must clearly show all four sides of motorcycle to qualify.
  • Entrants must be the owner of any motorcycle entered, and own full rights to all submitted photos in order to compete. Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the U.S. to enter and/or place.
  • Eligibility for submissions will begin 10:00 a.m. (PST), 5/11/2020. All entries must be completed and received no later than 11:59 p.m. (PST), 6/12/2020.
  • Prizes to be awarded as stated in the following categories: Best Vintage, prize $200.00. Best Sport, prize $200.00. Best Stunt, prize $200.00. Best Chopper, prize $200.00. Best Cruiser, prize $200.00. Best Custom, prize $200.00. Daily Rider, prize $200.00. Best in Show, prize $300. Pros & Partners, RBMA prize belt. Except for Best in Show, entrants will not be selected as Winners in more than one category.
  • Winner will be selected by process of online voting. Voting is restricted to one vote per person, per device. Voting will begin 10:00 a.m. (PST), 6/15/2020 and end 11:59 p.m. (PST), 6/19/2020.
  • By participating in this contest, entrants agree to allow the reuse and reproduction of their submitted motorcycle photos by Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® (“RBMA”) & Brown, Koro & Romag, LLP.
  • Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® is not responsible for any entry submission or online vote that is misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft, destruction, failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received as a result of hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or similar issues.
  • Only fully completed submissions are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
  • Potential winners will be notified 6/21/2020 on or about 12:00 p.m. (PST) via IG LIVE, after all votes have been tallied. Odds of winning depend on the number of submissions and votes received for the Contest.
  • By entering the Contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
  • Public Notification that Winners have been decided will be announced via social media and Winners will be posted on the Sponsor’s website on 6/21/2020 by 5:00 p.m. (PST).
  • If the winners’ contact information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, the runner-up with the next highest number of votes will be selected as the winner.
  • The winners agree to allow the use of their names, all photos, and likeness for future RBMA promotional purposes including print and digital (internet).
  • Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® and Brown, Koro & Romag, LLP employees, business partners, brand ambassadors and/or immediate family members of same are not eligible to enter in categories offering cash prizes.
  • The Pros & Partners category is open to all motorcycle industry professionals, including RBMA business partners and brand ambassadors. Voting in this category is for entertainment & status, in friendly competition only. RBMA custom Prize Belt is a trophy prize with no cash value.
  • All entrants waive any and all claims of liability of any kind against Sponsor Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys®, Brown, Koro & Romag, LLP, its affiliates, employees, representatives and/or agents, whether directly or indirectly associated with this Contest.
