Police soon closed in on the fleeing suspect, yet tragedy occurred when the offender entered the Muscupiabe Drive off-ramp of the northbound 215 Freeway, going the wrong way against traffic. He struck and killed a 57-year-old motorcyclist, who was scheduled to be married on March 21st. The suspect then ran from the scene on foot, eluding police. Authorities have released video footage in hopes of catching this thief and killer. Meanwhile, the bereaved fiance mourns her loss. Instead of celebrating their wedding this month, his fiance spent their wedding day at the cemetery.
