Fleeing From Police, Felony Suspect Kills Motorcyclist
San Bernardino police are continuing their manhunt for a felony car-theft suspect who struck and killed a soon-to-be-wed motorcyclist during a high-speed chase on January 22nd, 2011.
The events leading to the California hit-and-run motorcycle accident began when the unidentified suspect stole a Ford F-150 pickup truck from a location on Palm Avenue. The owner of the truck observed the crime, and was able to follow the thief in his other vehicle, even while reporting to police via cell phone.

Police soon closed in on the fleeing suspect, yet tragedy occurred when the offender entered the Muscupiabe Drive off-ramp of the northbound 215 Freeway, going the wrong way against traffic. He struck and killed a 57-year-old motorcyclist, who was scheduled to be married on March 21st. The suspect then ran from the scene on foot, eluding police. Authorities have released video footage in hopes of catching this thief and killer. Meanwhile, the bereaved fiance mourns her loss.
