There is a ton of stuff happening in OHIO this summer.  Ohio is the fifth largest biker state in the US.  That number surprised me.  Number one in motorcycle registrations is California, two Texas, then Florida, Pennsylvania and then Ohio.  I thought more southern states would be in the top spots but nope, PA and OH. And the amount of motorcycle events in OH is fantastic.  Here is the running events list through June of 2010.  See you out there.

May 30, 2010 in Ashtabula, Ohio
, Special Olympics Benefit Run
Sponsored by Concerned Motorcycle Riders of Ohio Region 13, Inc.
The run starts at the Tourist Pavilion at Lakeshore Park, Rt. 11 and State Rd. in Ashtabula. Registration is at 10:30 am and the bikes will leave at 1:00 pm. The fee is $10.00 for each  person. May 29, 2010 – Sunbury, Ohio
, 1st Ohio Defenders Poker Run

The ride starts at A.D. Farrow’s Northstar on I-71 and S.R. 37. Registration starts at 9:30 am and the first bike out is at 10:00 am. The ride will circle central Columbus, and at the Fire House Tavern in Sunbury. There will be three separate stops along the way. All money raised will go directly to C.O.P.S. of Ohio.

June 2, 2010 – Painesville, Ohio

, B.A.L.D. Run Bikers Aiding Local Diabetics
The dice run starts at the American Legion Post #336, 60 Chester St. in Painesville. The first motorcycle will leave at 12:00 pm. The ride fee is $15.00 and includes dinner, and entertainment. $100.00 will be awarded for high role and low role. The ride ends with door prizes, and 50/50 drawing.
