After 10+ years of riding, there finally come a point where I could use some legal advice - and I am glad RussBrown Motorcycle Attorneys were there for me when that happened.
I was in a fairly complex situation where I wanted to understand better the leverage I may or may not have. Not being well versed into the legalities of things, I wanted someone that would be able to give me a straight and simple answer, while also taking the time to hear my story and concerns.
I got very quickly connected with Chuck, one of the main attorneys at Russ Brown. We had a 45 minutes conversation on the phone where he took the time to hear me out and then started to give me pointers. Then, to my surprise, he said that he would like to sleep on it and suggested to hold a second call the following day where he could give me more detailed answers.
I was very appreciative of this, as it was clear he cared about me and my case.
I called him back the next day and we talked for another 30 minutes. I could really feel that Chuck was trying to find the best answers for me, looking at my case from many different POVs, suggesting different strategies etc.
As I had been alone in this process so far, it felt good to have him on board with me for these 2 conversations. It felt more like discussing with a partner than with a lawyer in a way, and I appreciated that very much.
After these 2 convos, I left with a clear understanding of my case and a strategic roadmap on how to go forward, which is exactly what I needed.

Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys have been great to deal with. They have been around a long time and are very supportive of the motorcycle community in general. Anyone who rides would be wise to keep RBMA’s number handy, and call them right away in case of any sort of incident.
Nobody ever wants something bad to happen on a bike, but if something does happen it is important to have someone to call who can help.

Big shout out to Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys,Finally some real Heavy Hitters that relate to riders!I would like to say that I have spoken with a lot of attorneys like Nick but honestly, I can’t say I have because 99% of the attorneys out there won’t even call you back give you the time of day let alone hear what you have to say whether or not they’re gonna make money on you . that’s why I like Nick. He took my call. Listen to everything. I had to say he didn’t just give me advice. He told me how it was nothing but the truth that’s what I respect. But when it comes to Law hands-down, I haven’t ran into too many attorneys that are as knowledgeable as Nick . I believe there is a passion that you have to have if you are going to Devote your life too study law and litigate on behalf of other human beings, I mean, come on you’re holding another person’s trust in your hands, their hopes and dreams and fears, and in some cases their lives. I trust very few people as many of you do, but I felt at home with Nick ,safe. He answered every question with no pause. Didn’t have to check. Didn’t have to call me back. This man knows his s#%^ He is a true pitbull ,a litigator ! so if you’re unsure , don’t know what to do and don’t trust people like me ,trust this ,close your eyes and fall backwards Nick will catch you.
