To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect :

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, chat or contact form.  We will not sell or rent this information, ever.  We will not share your information with outside third parties, unless with your express permission and/or at your specific direction.

We will use your information in order to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except for address information required by US Mail or UPS, etc. in order to fulfill a sticker or supply order you have requested.

If you authorize us to, we may occasionally contact you via email in the future to tell you about specially negotiated BAM discounts to motorcycle events, contests & prizes, important news for motorcyclists or changes to this privacy policy.  You may choose to opt out of receiving these emails during signup or at any time after.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys® website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive legal advice and or promotional materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone number

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order, joining BAM or requesting legal advice only to complete your request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfil that request.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our BAM Motorcycle News email as well as updates on our new products and services.
