Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys®: Sturgis Buffalo Chip to be featured on the Travel Channel beginning this weekend with three new broadcasts, entitled “Sturgis Overdrive,” “Sturgis Metal Mania”, and “Sturgis Biker Madness.”

Those of you who have been to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally know what the Legendary Buffalo Chip experience is like–for those who haven’t yet had the pleasure, it truly is the ultimate camping/R.V Rally experience!  There are 580 plus acres of camping and RV space, world class entertainment, food, vendors and, of course, motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the world – it is an experience to remember!  And if you haven’t been there yet and don’t know much about it, you’re in luck, as the Travel Channel will be airing the first of a three part feature on the Buffalo Chip on Sunday, December 2nd.  The shows will put a focus specifically on the Sturgis Bike Rally lifestyle with emphasis on all the great entertainment surrounding the rally including the fabulous concerts, rides, and all the interesting people that make the rally the legend it is.
For 31 years the Chip has been the epicenter of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, which actually becomes the third largest city in South Dakota during the event.  With headlining musical artists such as Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Toby Keith, Zac Brown and more, there is also a zip line through the amphitheater, a huge variety of food and vendors, attendees from all over the globe and staff members that will become part of your family–truly the Legendary Buffalo Chip.
The Sturgis Buffalo Chip owner Rod Woodruff couldn’t be more thrilled that the Chip is being featured, saying “We are thrilled that the Travel Channel has once again chosen the Buffalo Chip as a key element of its new Sturgis Rally programs…The Chip has been featured in numerous international television series and specials over the years, but we expect these three shows from the Travel Channel will give a new perspective of the culture of the rally. They will also highlight the entertainment, activities and overall excitement that only takes place at the Buffalo Chip.”  Yes, it really is an exciting time to be around the Sturgis Rally.  2012 was a record breaking year for attendance and it looks like 2013 will be no different.  In fact, it looks as though 2013 will set the Chip’s attendance record and break the overall Sturgis attendance record in the process!  So, if you have the chance, head on down to the Black Hills of South Dakota this August to take in the atmosphere that is the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.  And if you can’t, you can catch the first part of the three part miniseries this Sunday at 9 pm Eastern Time.  It will show you what you’re missing and why the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally should be on your Bucket List.
